Went looking for bass but found rainbow trout. The rumor i got on the water from another boater was it was just stocked with 1.5 lb ish size fish. I am thinking he was right, because they were biting just fine. I caught 9 and let go 6 of them. Two were got threw the eye or i would have let them all go.

Lost Lake Description
Dates Open: Year-round
Lost Lake is open year-round for fishing. Some cutthroat trout broodstock weighing about one pound each are stocked in March. The lake is stocked in April and May with catchable-size (10"-12") and again in the fall with good numbers of larger jumbo rainbow trout to provide a fishery through the winter.
Driving Directions: West from south Shelton 9.3 mi on Lost Lake Rd (Cloquallum Rd), right on Lost Lake Rd Rd 1 mi, to access on left.
