Remove head and gut fish. Rinse in cold water pat dry. lay aluminum foil on counter shiny side up sprinkle spice on foil and lay fish on it. Sprinkle inside and rub in.add 3 tabs butter then sprinkle outside of fish. Roll up and your ready to go. I prep fish and put in freezer. When ready to cook remove from freezer pop on grille for about 5min each side and prepare to enjoy.
